The full amount is payed at the departure, unless it has been prepayed at online booking.
For accommodation of three days or more, 25% of the full amount must be paid as deposit including any additional purchases. The deposit will fall due for payment 30 days before the start of the accommodation and if the deposit is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
The prices specified are inclusive of VAT and environment fee.
For online booking, the full amount (100%) is paid including any additional purchases. Payment can be made with one of the following Danish or international credit cards that are approved by Teller A/S.
In the event of cancellation of accommodation due to emergency illness, accident or death, which impacts the lessee, spouse, children, parents or siblings, the full (100%) accommodation amount will be refunded.
Cancellation must be done in writing at the latest ten days before arrival. For bookings later than ten days before arrival, the cancellation deadline is 24 hours (no later than 6 p.m. the day before arrival).
If the cancellation deadline is exceeded, 100% of the total room price including any additional purchases will be charged as a cancellation fee. This will also be the case if the departure time is changed during the stay, as well as "no shows".
If the use of accommodation is prevented due to force majeure (natural catastrophes, strikes, actions of water, riots and similar) Danske Hoteller A/S will not be liable for compensation for interrupted or uncompleted accommodation.
